Synopsis · As economic infrastructures experience sudden crises, a question is brought up: is it becoming futile to prioritize investment in these areas of life such as tourism? Zero Down follows a family that lived in a low-income who shares their thoughts on the subject of living in these areas, a sociology professor who gives insight on socioeconomic disparities, and an individual who is connected to Guam’s tourism industry who delves deep into the topic of fragile markets, all in order to uncover the answer to this timely and thought-provoking question. This project was completed under the instruction and executive production of Dr. Raymond Anderson, PhD.

Synopsis · A student-based digital news production completed in the Spring 2020 semester for the Broadcast
Journalism course at the University of Guam. This second socially-distanced episode of TTN features four stories: uncovers how COVID-19 has negatively affected local restaurants, explores how the destruction of habitats can be a major cause of viral outbreaks, investigates how churches cope with the inability to congregate under new restrictions, and examines how the reliance on local agriculture can be beneficial.
